Super Bowl Snacks

Broil for about five to six inches from the heat at about eight to ten minutes. See to it that you occasionally turn the chicken drummies. Broil them until they appear golden brown. Place them on a crockpot. On another small bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour over them the chicken drummies. Cover and cook them on LOW for about five hours. Once done, serve hot with your favorite barbecue sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Wings- These are also very common super bowl snacks. With this recipe, you will need 1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese, a cup of mayonnaise, 1/3 cup of sour cream, one tablespoon of lemon juice that is freshly squeezed, two cloves of minced garlic, salt, pepper, two dozens of chicken wings, oil, ¼ cup of melted butter, hot pepper sauce, and celery sticks. In a medium bowl, combing the mayonnaise, the blue cheese, sour cream, the lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and salt and see to that you mix them all together. Set the mixture aside and chill it in your refrigerator. In a deep fryer, heat oil about three inches deep until it will reach 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Deep fry your two dozens of chicken wings until it turns brown and crispy, approximately in about ten minutes. Drain them well, and then pour over the mixture that you have set aside. Cherry Orange Snack Mix- For this super bowl snack, you will need two cups of rice cereal squares, a twelve-ounce-can of salted mixed nuts, two egg whites, two tablespoons of orange juice, 1 ¼ cups of sugar, one teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ cup butter, and 1 ½ cups of dried cherries. In preparing this, start by combining all the mixed nuts and the cereals into a large bowl. On another bowl, beat the egg white, the orange juice, the cinnamon, and the sugar until they become very soft. Once done, pour over the cereal mixture and then carefully stir them to mix them well. On a jelly roll pan, melt butter and then spread the cereal mixture. Bake it for thirty minutes on 275 degrees Fahrenheit. See to it that you stir them twice while baking. After thirty minutes, stir in the dried cherries and bake again for another fifteen minutes until the mixture appears lightly browned. Once it is already baked, cool them completely and then break them up into smaller chunks.
