There were eight companies given invitation such as Vision International of Salt Lake City which owns the Look and Decor team headed by Brian Murphy serving as Project Manager. Completing the group were Infinite Scale Design, Roe Fabricators and Dall Brown Lighting. With the collaboration, the proposal reached beyond a hundred pages detailing every concept bearing the SuperBowl logo.

With the proposal, the budget was one hundred million dollars. As what was mentioned earlier, eight companies were given invitations. Only four were able to present its plan but in just a matter of a single hour, the bid was awarded to the Look and Decor team collaborating with Infinite Scale Design, Roe Fabricators and Dall Brown Lighting. After the final negotiation, the group was off to start. The government of Jacksonville, Florida instructed that the company’s responsibility was not only to enhance the aesthetic appeal for the thirty- ninth championship tournament but to also create the ambiance.

The instruction give by the government of Jacksonville, Florida meant that the work load was not only the venue of the thirty- ninth championship tournament but also other landmarks of the metropolis such as the Jacksonville International Airport which serves as the gateway to all the guests. The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center was also included as the meeting place of the media. Adam’s Mark Jacksonville Hotel is also on the list because it is the headquarters of the athletes, crew and families of the National Football League (NFL). The team awarded the bid is not new though to huge plans as it did the same in the 2002 Olympics.

Before the schedule of the thirty- ninth championship tournament, the work was all complete.
