The Super bowl halftime show is normally done on breaks of the Super Bowl event. During the earlier days, the Super Bowl halftime show used to be not that interesting to the spectators because only small time bands and the likes are shown during the breaks. However, in the 1990’s, organizers of this famous sporting event have realized that there is a need for popular artists to perform on Super bowl halftime shows so that the fans will not get bored during the breaks of the Super Bowl events. One of the very first popular stage performers for the Super bowl halftime show is no less than the pop king himself, Michael Jackson. Next to Michael Jackson, Phil Collins was the one that rendered his talents on the next Super Bowl league. With him are other top caliber performers like Christina Aguilera, Toni Braxton, and Enrique Iglesias. Walt Disney Productions also shared some of their talents and contributions there with there larger-than-life puppets, their full symphony orchestra, percussionists, drummers, aerial dancers and multi-generational choir. Finally, to cap the event, advanced pyrotechnics were displayed by the end of the event.
