In the last 10 seasons of the NFL, the Jaguars have been tied in the 6th place in the league with a score of 89-71 in the regular season. The only teams ahead of them during the 10-year span are the Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Green Bay, Denver, and New England. In the team’s 11th season, they finished up the regular season posting a 12-4 record, which subsequently is the second-best in the entire franchise record. This feat sent them to the postseason playoff after a five-year streak of drought.

Traditionally, the city of Jacksonville serve as hosts to the Gator Bowl, a yearly community highlight that features ceremonies, parades, parties, and other activities before they head to the games.
The Gator Bowl stadium hosted short-lived football leagues like the United States Football League where they played as the Jacksonville Bulls and the World Football League where they were Jacksonville Sharks as well as some NFL exhibition games.
Jacksonville Jaguars Logo And Uniforms
After the NFL approved the expansion team to Jacksonville, a very delighted Weaver held the proposed uniforms of the team in the ownership meeting in Chicago. It was a teal jersey and a silver helmet. The team’s colors were teal, silver, and gold, with little accents of black. The team’s very first logo was a leaping jaguar, which draw so much controversy because it was very much similar to the logo of the Jaguar series of the Ford Motor Company. There were no lawsuits filed, but they have reached to an agreement where the Jacksonville Jaguars would use the Jaguar as their official car and that they would redesign their logo and uniforms.
