Because of which, the team typically lost in the previous regular seasons but worst was when it was eliminated from the playoffs. Not for long, the franchise decided to fire its coach, Jim Mora, who was then replaced by Tony Dungy. He has actually led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the championship tournament and was envisioned to also help the Colts bag the most coveted prize in the whole of American football. Under this man’s expertise, the club improved winning forty eight out of sixty four games.
